Ambassador & Affiliate

These Ambassador & Affiliate Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern participation in any ambassador, affiliate, referral, influencer, or promotional partnership program offered by AUTHENTIC SPORTS NUTRITION TT (“ASNTT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through asnworld.com.

By applying to or participating in any ASNTT ambassador or affiliate program, participants agree to comply with the following terms.

 

 

1. Program Eligibility

Participation in the ASNTT Ambassador & Affiliate Program is subject to approval.

Applicants must:

  • provide accurate information,
  • maintain active communication,
  • and comply with all ASNTT policies and brand guidelines.

ASNTT reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any participant at its sole discretion.

 

 

2. Ambassador & Affiliate Accounts

Approved participants may receive:

  • a unique referral link,
  • personalized discount codes,
  • affiliate dashboard access,
  • promotional materials,
  • or other marketing tools.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and proper use of their account information and referral assets.

 

 

3. Commissions & Rewards

Commission structures, rewards, discounts, or incentives may vary depending on:

  • program tier,
  • sales performance,
  • campaigns,
  • or promotional periods.

Commissions are only earned on successfully completed and verified purchases tracked through approved referral systems.

Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or chargeback-related orders are not eligible for commissions.

 

 

4. Payment Terms

Commission payouts may be issued:

  • monthly,
  • biweekly,
  • or according to the payment schedule established by ASNTT.
  • ASNTT reserves the right to:
  • withhold payments pending verification,
  • delay payouts during investigations,
  • or deny commissions associated with suspicious activity.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to affiliate income remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

 

 

5. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes provided through the program:

  • may not be resold,
  • transferred,
  • publicly manipulated,
  • or distributed through unauthorized coupon websites.

ASNTT reserves the right to deactivate codes associated with abuse, fraud, misleading promotion, or unauthorized advertising methods.

 

 

6. Brand Representation

Participants agree to represent ASNTT professionally and responsibly.

Ambassadors and affiliates may not:

  • make false or misleading product claims,
  • present products as medical treatments,
  • guarantee results,
  • engage in deceptive advertising,
  • or misrepresent their relationship with ASNTT.

All content shared in connection with ASNTT should align with applicable advertising guidelines, social media platform policies, and local laws.

 

 

7. Health & Product Claims

Participants may not claim that ASNTT products:

  • diagnose,
  • treat,
  • cure,
  • or prevent diseases.

Statements regarding supplements, fitness, performance, or wellness should reflect personal experiences only and must not be presented as medical advice.

ASNTT reserves the right to request removal of content that violates these standards.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

ASNTT grants approved participants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use selected:

  • logos,
  • product images,
  • marketing assets,
  • and promotional materials

solely for authorized promotional purposes.

Participants may not:

  • modify ASNTT branding without approval,
  • create misleading advertisements,
  • or imply official partnership beyond program participation.

All intellectual property remains the property of AUTHENTIC SPORTS NUTRITION TT.

 

 

9. Social Media & Content Usage

By participating in the program, participants grant ASNTT permission to repost, share, feature, or use publicly shared promotional content related to ASNTT products or campaigns for marketing purposes.

This may include:

  • social media posts,
  • photos,
  • videos,
  • testimonials,
  • and tagged content.

 

 

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities may result in immediate removal from the program:

  • fraudulent referrals,
  • fake orders,
  • spam marketing,
  • unauthorized paid advertising,
  • misleading discount promotion,
  • abusive conduct,
  • hate speech,
  • harassment,
  • or damage to the ASNTT brand reputation.

ASNTT reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.

 

 

11. Program Modifications & Termination

ASNTT reserves the right to:

  • modify commission structures,
  • update program requirements,
  • suspend referral codes,
  • pause campaigns,
  • or terminate the program entirely at any time.

Participation in the program does not create employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationships.

 

 

12. Limitation of Liability

ASNTT shall not be liable for:

  • technical platform failures,
  • tracking interruptions,
  • delayed payouts,
  • lost commissions,
  • or third-party software issues related to affiliate tracking systems.

All program participation is provided “as is” without guarantees of income or performance.

 

 

13. Governing Law

These Program Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in Trinidad & Tobago.
