At AUTHENTIC SPORTS NUTRITION TT (“ASNTT”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of sports nutrition, wellness, and consumable products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • be purchased directly through asnworld.com or official ASNTT retail locations,
  • be unused and unopened,
  • remain in original packaging,
  • and be returned within the approved return window.

Returns requested outside of the approved timeframe may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • opened supplements,
  • consumable products,
  • vitamins,
  • protein powders,
  • wellness products,
  • beverages,
  • clearance items,
  • promotional or discounted products,
  • gift cards,
  • and items marked as final sale.

ASNTT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • defective item,
  • expired product,
  • or incorrect order,

  • and supporting photos if applicable.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an ASNTT error.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for:

subject to inventory availability.
ASNTT does not guarantee replacement availability for limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock products.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to an ASNTT error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
ASNTT is not responsible for:

  • lost return shipments,
  • delayed return deliveries,
  • or packages damaged during return transit.

Customers are encouraged to use trackable shipping methods.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or prepared for pickup, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Subscription orders are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the Subscription Policy.

9. Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer after shipment may be subject to:

  • restocking fees,
